Through focused, relevant programs and activities, NACT members share ideas on a wide spectrum of financial situations including negotiating for better terms; corporate investment opportunities to enhance income; benefits finance; risk management; insurance; large, medium and small company issues; international issues and many more. Most important, members quickly discover by participating in NACT activities, they find ways to improve their companies bottom lines. Purpose The purpose of NACT is to maintain a professional association of individuals responsible for the management of corporate treasury. NACT's operations include collecting, publishing and disseminating materials and information relevant to the management of treasury operations, conducting and sponsoring meetings and seminars, and promoting educational activities. Membership Criteria Corporate treasurers, chief financial officers and senior financial executives who are involved in corporate treasury issues will benefit by joining NACT. Regular Membership is open to those individuals who perform all or a substantial part of the duties of corporate treasurership. Associate Membership is open to those individuals who are not eligible for Regular Membership but who perform part of the duties of corporate treasurership. Another individual from the same company must be a Regular Member. Associate Membership is also open to retirees. Associate Members are nonvoting participants. Member Benefits
